The reinforcement they were looking for in Hapoel Haifa is coming: as first published in ONE, Oren Biton will join Roni Levy’s team after the club announced that the defender has finalized his terms and will take part in the team’s training tomorrow.
The 28-year-old Biton played for the last two years at Beitar Jerusalem, when in the past he won the championship and the state cup with Hapoel Beer Sheva. The defender grew up in Hapoel Haifa and made 10 appearances in its ranks in the past.
The Reds from the Carmel started the season in a disappointing way despite an impressive acquisition campaign in the summer when after the first round they are in the penultimate place with 12 points, only one point above Ness Ziona which is in the 13th place leading to relegation to the national team.
