TRENTO. After positive opinion from IspraHigher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research, which expressed its opinion on the compatibility of the request of the Province of Trento to take down the bear KJ1«President Fugatti will try to take his revenge on the bears as soon as possible». Meanwhile the FdI deputy Alessia Ambrosi presents an interpellation to the Minister of Tourism Daniela Santanché: «After the recent incidents of attacks by bears in Trentino, including one against a French tourist, after the decisions of the TAR that have so far prevented the killing of the responsible bear, the situation is creating more and more anxiety and confusion. In this regard, I have just filed an interpellation identifying the need to monitor more incisively what – in addition to those on people that we can all unfortunately see – are actually in economic and social terms, the negative repercussions also on tourism in Trentinoboth following the killing of Andrea Papi and the French tourist seriously injured last July 16 by another bear”.
