Other changes in Cellcom’s management: Larissa Cohen has been appointed legal advisor

Daniel Sapir, the incoming CEO of Cellcom, continues to form a new management team at Cellcom. Larissa Cohen was appointed today (Thursday) to the position of Cellcom’s Legal Adviser. Sapir completes a number of appointments to management, including vice presidents in marketing, engineering, spokespersons and human resources.

Doron Cohen, Chairman of Cellcom and CEO of DSK, to whom Arisa Cohen is considered close: “Larissa Cohen, VP of DSK and its legal advisor, is an excellent manager and an excellent legal advisor. She has been serving the DKS Group for over six years. Among other things, she has served as Idibi’s company secretary and legal advisor to a real estate and construction company. The capital market is teamwork and business understanding. There is no doubt that it will make a significant contribution to the new direction led by the company’s CEO Daniel Sapir.

Cohen has held a wide range of legal and managerial positions, including secretary of the Africa Israel Investment Group. Upon leaving the Africa Group, she began serving as the Company’s Secretary at IDB, and currently serves at DKS and Properties and Building as VP, Legal Adviser and Secretary of the Company, in parallel with her tenure as a director on several companies in the Group.

Cellcom CEO Daniel Sapir thanked retiring legal adviser Liat Menachem, congratulated Cohen on joining Cellcom and wished her success in her new role.
