The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Tuesday) on 10,644 new infections with the corona virus, out of 197,402 tests that have been deciphered. The percentage of positive tests now stands at 5.51%. The number of active patients stands at 45,580. The coefficient of infection rose to 1.91.
Despite the sharp jump in the number of verified, the number of patients hospitalized remains relatively stable. 117 hospitals are hospitalized in critical condition, of which 38 are connected to respirators. 8,247 corona patients died in Israel from the outbreak of the plague, two of them yesterday.
