Ozzy Osbourne opens up about health struggles
Rock icon Ozzy Osbourne recently sat down for an interview with Rolling Stone and discussed his ongoing battle with health issues. The 74-year-old, who announced in February that his touring career was over, expressed a desire to perform one more show to express his gratitude to his fans.
Osbourne, who has suffered multiple health setbacks, including a spinal injury, Parkinson’s diagnosis, and various surgeries, stated that he would “die a happy man” if he could do one final show to thank his fans for their support throughout his career.
Despite his health struggles, Osbourne remains optimistic and is “taking it one day at a time.” He expressed his unwillingness to perform as “a half-hearted Ozzy looking for sympathy” and admired fellow musician Phil Collins, who continues to perform despite facing similar health challenges.
Although Osbourne’s future in performing remains uncertain, he continues to work towards regaining his strength and hopes to have the opportunity to express his gratitude to his fans once more.
