Easier to Recruit Workforce

WHILE, Waspada.co.id – The P3MI Consortium has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Keteksaja.com application originating from Malaysia in recruiting Indonesian Workers (TKI).

The P3MI consortium is made up of four companies in Sumatra, namely PT. Okdo Harapan Mulia, PT. Prince Putra Sejahtera, PT. Satria Parang Tritis Medan and PT. Ambassador Manda Putra Medan.

Management of PT. Okdo Harapan Mulia, Christina Pakpahan said that they made a cooperation agreement in the field of sending migrant workers to Malaysia (Sarawak).

“We agreed on all placement matters and we are ready to recruit good Indonesian workers,” said Christina accompanied by Ani Sinambela, Erika Sembiring and Benhard Lumbantoruan, at her office, Jalan Setia Budi, Medan, Wednesday (14/3).

Christina said that her party had also conducted socialization about the Keteksaja.com application to the Deli Serdang Regency Manpower Service (Disnaker) and the North Sumatra Province (Sumut) Manpower Office.

“So we cover the island of Sumatra from Aceh-Lampung, there are also Java and NTT. “We have socialized this to the Deliserdang Manpower Office and our work partners, and also the words from the Provincial Manpower Office say that this system does not interfere with the government system,” said Christina.

He explained that the application actually makes it easier for people to find work, especially migrant workers. With this application, prospective workers can choose whatever job they are interested in through the keteksaja.com application.

“So this is a Pilot Project for the next six months, the jobs are like Construction, Palm Oil, Restaurants and others. “This application was previously only for Sarawak, but now they are expanding to us,” he concluded. (wool/man/d2)
