Pa. Ranjith made his directorial debut in Tamil cinema with the film Attakathi. He has risen to become a veteran director by giving successive hit films like Madras, Kabali, Kaala, Charbatta Paramparai. He has currently directed the film “Nakshatram Nagaranga”. This film is being prepared as a film with a full love story. The film stars Kalidas Jayaram and Tushara Vijayan in lead roles. Kalaiyarasaran, Hari Krishnan, Shabir and others have also acted.
Following this, the film is jointly produced by Neelam Productions and Yashini Films. The songs and trailer of the film were recently released and received good response and the film is slated to hit the theaters on August 31st with an ‘A’ certificate.
