Madurai: “K. Palaniswami is swimming in the fire in the face of trials and tribulations,” said former minister RB Udayakumar.
On behalf of Madurai Suburban West District, a consultation meeting was held at the Jayalalithaa Memorial in D. Gunnathur regarding the development work of the association. Former Minister and District Secretary RB Udayakumar presided. Former MLAs Thavasi, Judge, Karupiah, District Administrators Advocate Tamilchelvan, Tirupati and others were present.
RB Udayakumar said: “K. Palaniswami is swimming in the fire in the face of the trials and tribulations that came to the movement. He is winning this struggle. Therefore, when K. Palaniswami came to the districts of Theni, Madurai, Virudhunagar, Dindigul and Nellai, he saw a huge upsurge among the people.
For the last four and a half years, K. Palaniswami has been providing schemes to the people of Tamil Nadu. But in these 22 months of DMK rule, no projects have been implemented for the people,” he said.
