Palestinian Minister of Culture praises His Majesty the King’s roles in protecting Al-Quds and its civilizational cachet
Rabat – Palestinian Minister of Culture Imad Hamdan praised, on Sunday during a visit to the headquarters of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Acharif Agency in Rabat, the commendable roles of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, in protecting the Holy City and preserving its civilizational character.
In a statement, the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Acharif Agency indicated that Mr. Hamdan expressed, during a working session with the director in charge of the management of the Agency, Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui, in the presence of the Palestinian ambassador in Rabat, Jamal Choubki, his wish to unite efforts to consolidate and consecrate the Palestinian narrative and protect the Arab-Islamic identity of the Holy City.
The Palestinian official expressed his department’s willingness to examine ways to strengthen cooperation and partnership with the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Acharif Agency in areas of common interest, praising the Agency’s strong presence and activities in Al-Quds, the statement continued.
And to conclude that the Palestinian minister visited the permanent exhibition of the Al-Quds Committee at the headquarters of the Agency in Rabat, while following a presentation on the Moroccan Cultural Center in Al-Quds and on the programs and activities of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds-Acharif Agency dedicated to supporting the main cultural centers of the Holy City.
