Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Nazmul Hasan Papon went to Sri Lanka to attend the International Cricket Council (ICC) board meeting when the country was in turmoil over the quota version movement. Due to internet blackout, this biggest boss of Bangladesh cricket was somehow disconnected.
