jpnn.comJAKARTA – A mass group acting in the name of the New Order Anti-Toxic Papuan Community supports the position of the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment, Luhut Binsar Panjaitan (LBP), who asked the President and Vice President-elect Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka not to bring toxic people into the cabinet new government.
One of the figures rejected by this Papuan mass organization is Lt. Gen. TNI (ret.) Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin. According to them, Sjafrie is part of the new order era.
“We Papuans firmly reject Sjafrie Sjamsoedin joining the Prabowo-Gibran government because Sjafrie Sjamsoedin is part of the New Order regime,” said one of the coordinators of the New Order Anti-Toxic Papuan Society in a video circulating on social media quoted on Thursday (9/52024) .

Furthermore, they also hope that Prabowo-Gibran will not include toxic people in the new government. It is hoped that the new cabinet ministers will be competent people and have a good track record.
“We Papuans support the Prabowo-Gibran government without the presence of toxic New Order people in order to achieve a Golden Indonesia 2045,” he said.
This organization also asked Prabowo-Gibran to commit to continuing the programs of President Joko Widodo’s (Jokowi) government. For them, the Jokowi government has paid special attention to Bumi Cenderawasih.
