Paraguay organizes an auction to sell energy it cannot deliver to Brazil

Paraguay set for this Friday (26) the first auction to sell its energy in the Brazilian free market. The operation was agreed between the government of the neighboring country and the Minister Alexandre Silveira (Mines and Energy), within the agreement concluded on the price of the price for the Itaipú hydroelectric plant.
