Paris 2024: how the HR departments of large companies use the Games to motivate employees

The emulation is already palpable. In the corridors, at the coffee machine or in the canteen, for some employees, this is the number one subject. While the vast majority of French people think of the Paris Olympics as a distant event, others already have their hearts racing, stars in their eyes. For months, sometimes more than a year, many human resources departments – very often Games partner companies – have been working to deploy an internal action plan capable of motivating all employees here the summer of 2024.
