Not only Paris’ fans were surprised with the news that the 42-year-old had expanded her family with another baby after son Phoenix (10 months) with the help of a surrogate mother – her family also only found out about the birth shortly before.
Although Paris and her husband didn’t keep it as secret within the immediate family circle as they did with baby number one and at least Hilton’s parents and her sister Nicky (40) knew that something was on the way again, NO ONE knew when it would happen.

On the American Thanksgiving Day (November 23rd) there was a huge surprise. “It was before the turkey,” Hilton revealed now in the Talkshow „Live! with Kelly & Mark“. “I surprised my whole family with London.”

“It was around 5 p.m. and Carter brought everyone into the living room. He was like, ‘Oh, I have a surprise.’ Everyone thought there was a magician coming – like we had someone performing.”
Hilton continued: “Everyone was really excited and then I come in and I’m holding a pink blanket with the baby and everyone’s sitting there like, ‘What?'” recalls the 42-year-old, who has been married to Reum since 2021.
“They just couldn’t believe it. It was simply the best Thanksgiving I’ve ever had.”
Now Paris Hilton is really looking forward to her new life as a mother of two: “I’m just in heaven. My life feels so complete now, I am so grateful. For my husband and for my two babies.”
