This playful caption was a response to a joke Fallon made during his late-night show in March. The host had jokingly inquired about spending a few days as a “guest” at the Élysée Palace. Macron’s response, captured in the photo, suggests a lighthearted and friendly relationship between the two leaders.
The encounter was a surprise, with the United States not reportedly spending the night at the presidential palace.
