Paris Saint-Germain announced on Wednesday that it had exercised the option to purchase Portuguese striker Gonçalo Ramos, now linked to the club until June 2028. Loaned this summer by Benfica Lisbon, the 22-year-old striker already definitively committed to a transfer valued at 65 million euros plus 15 million euros in bonuses according to several media.
Coach Luis Enrique lined him up for eleven L1 matches (seven starts) and four in the Champions League (one start). Gonçalo Ramos has only scored two goals in his fifteen matches, but against the great rival Marseille (4-0). The Portuguese is in particular competition with French international Randal Kolo Muani for the center forward position.
