How is the tour of the seven temples done?

The visit to the seven temples is a ritual that Venezuelans usually carry out between Thursday and Good Friday. Thousands of people from Caracas complied with the tradition of touring seven churches to emulate the points that Jesus of Nazareth traveled through until his arrival at Calvary.

Then you visit the Metropolitan Cathedral of Santa Ana, located in front of the Simón Bolívar square. The tour continued towards the minor Basilica of Santa Capilla and the temple of Nuestra Señora de Altagracia. Finally, the parishioners go to the Nuestra Señora de Las Mercedes y del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús church, located between Avenida Universidad and Avenida Fuerzas Armadas.

This is one of the routes that Caracas residents choose to take, although the route and the temples may vary according to the place of residence. The same happens in other states of Venezuela.
