The seminar titled “3rd Plenary Session, Grab the Keyword of China’s Core Businesses!” hosted by the China Management Research Institute under the Korea-China Federation of Trade Unions was held on the 26th.
The seminar discussed the significance and key contents of the 3rd Plenary Session of the Chinese Communist Party (3rd Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party) held for four days from the 15th to the 18th, as well as the resulting Chinese market opportunities and future policy changes. In particular, the core keywords of the 300 or so detailed measures to be announced after the 3rd Plenary Session were analyzed, and opinions and areas were presented on future business opportunities and possibilities for cooperation with China.
Park Seung-chan, chairman of the Korea-China Federation of Trade Unions, said, “China will gradually implement risk defense while strengthening its constitution toward a digital economy,” and added, “We need to be wise and actively seek out new opportunities in the changing Chinese market through the key words of the Third Plenary Session.”
Chairman Park Seung-chan summarized the Third Plenary Session as “a policy that combines goal-oriented and problem-solving to focus on deepening China’s comprehensive reforms.” The goal-oriented policy direction means a specific policy roadmap for the next 10 years to realize Chinese-style modernization, while the problem-solving policy direction means presenting a mid- to long-term direction on how to solve various problems currently facing the Chinese economy.
Park Seung-chan, chairman of the Korea-China Federation of Trade Unions, said, “We need to pay attention to the new changes that China’s silver market and venture industry fostering will bring, while also closely examining the impact that China Tech will have on our industry.”
