(Tayeb Saif) The parliamentary party of Tehreek-e-Insaf and Sunni Ittehad Council completely rejected the government’s decision to ban Tehreek-e-Insaf and take action against Imran Khan under Article 6. Strongly condemning the decision of the action of 6, in the context of the decision of the Supreme Court, demanded action against the Chief Election Commissioner under Article 6.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf demanded action under Article 6 against the Chief Election Commissioner in the context of the Supreme Court’s decision. Action should be taken against the Chief Election Commissioner and other members under Article 6 for disenfranchisement. Numerous evidences on record including the confession of Commissioner Rawalpindi Liaquat Chatta confirm the criminal role of the Chief Election Commissioner in the worst rigging of general elections. Enough to do, the real protagonists of the action under Article 6 are all those unconstitutional who during the last two years have flouted the constitution by flouting the constitutional rights of the citizens at every step to extend their illegitimate power, general elections. Action should be taken under Article 6 against all persons who have criminally facilitated the dacoity to be mandated on February 8, beyond the constitutional period of 90 days in the holding.

An attempt is being made to make judges with clear prejudices and very questionable character a part of the Supreme Court again, by justifying the 56,000 cases pending in the Supreme Court, the appointment of ad hoc judges is based on malice for the sole purpose of Targeting Tehreek-e-Insaaf through like-minded judges.
While strongly condemning the government’s indirect messages of not implementing the decision of the Supreme Court through its touts, it was said that the party that intimidated the judges and attacked the judiciary to take their own decisions from the courts was very bold. The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is preparing to trample the orders of the Supreme Court under feet. Any attempt at secession will be strongly resisted at all levels by the unconstitutional.
The Parliamentary Party strongly condemned the illegal arrests of the elected members of the National and Provincial Assembly and the forced disappearances of the party-affiliated members after the court decision, saying that the unconstitutional arrest of Muazzam Jatoi after the members of the Assembly, Sahibzada Amir Sultan, is a violation of parliamentary traditions, Azhar said. No positive progress has been made in the case of forcibly disappeared persons, including the brothers of Mashwani and Dr. Shahbaz Gul and the senior member of the PTI central media department. As they will not be able to achieve their goals with the continuation of shameful tactics, the members of the National and Provincial Assembly will raise their voices in the Parliament on the issue of unconstitutional arrests and enforced disappearances. By setting the petitions for immediate hearing and taking immediate steps to recover the missing persons, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will strongly resist this worst fascism and extra-constitutional and legal measures at all levels, including judicial action.
