Part of the structure of a building in Toluca collapsed due to the moisture caused by the heavy rainswithout it being reported injuries.
According to the first reports, neighbors in the area of Nicolas Bravo and Literary Institutein the center of the capital of State of Mexico They alerted the firefighters and Civil defense by a loud bang.
Emergency crews and municipal public security agents arrived at the site to cordon off the area and the road to carry out debris removal work.
The fall of the structure did not cause material damage to the surrounding houses and no injuries were reported from the accident.
Local media They reported that in the area there were heavy rains which caused damage to the property -already old- a dampness in the structure due to which it caught.
Authorities of Toluca They had already sent two notifications to the owners of the property due to a possible risk of collapse given that the building is old.
