Part of the PCC leadership lives in Bolivia, says Public Ministry

The Public Ministry of São Paulo (MP-SP) found that part of the leadership of the First Capital Command (PCC), the largest criminal faction in Brazil, lives in the city of Santa Cruz de La Sierra, in Bolivia.

Criminals use false documents to hide from the police. The main objective is to strengthen international drug trafficking, the faction’s most profitable activity.

Some of these criminals are fugitives from Brazilian justice. Among them are Sérgio Luiz de Freitas Filho, known as Mijão; Silvio Luiz Ferreira, known as Cebola; André Oliveira Macedo, André do Rap; and Suaélio Martins Lleda.

The other criminals were released, according to the MP-SP. On this list are Marcos Paulo Nunes da Silva, Baianinho Vietnam; Francisco Antônio Cesário da Silva, Piauí; Pedro Luís da Silva Moraes, the Jackal; Elvis Riola de Andrade, the Singer and Patric Uelinton Salomão, the Forged.

Investigations show that Mijão leads a life of luxury in Bolivia. He set up a restaurant and a nightclub with false documentation.

At the time of the drug dealer’s release, Oeste reported that the lawyer who signed the drug dealer’s habeas corpus, interned at Marco Aurélio’s office.

In April this year, the Sixth Panel of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) ordered the return of the assets seized from the criminal.
