Next Tuesday, 5/23, from 1pm, online, broadcast on the Even3 platform, the lecture “Innovate to change or change to innovate? You can’t do without culture!”, which will be presented by Eduardo Freire, Master in Computing from the CIN/UFPE MBA.

Lecture Summary:
In the current scenario where organizations need to look not only inside their business, but understand that not everything will remain the same and that it always has been, that the need to adapt and explore new business opportunities can mean the new future of your business. However, new behaviors and new skills are needed for people within the organization to create a light atmosphere and in search of innovation, without losing its purpose.
