Imam At-Thabrani in the book Al-Mu’jam Al-Ausath has narrated a hadith as follows:
On the authority of Abu Madina ad-Darimi, may God be pleased with him, who was a companion, he said: The two men were among the companions of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and when they met they did not separate until they One of them saw the other: {By the afternoon, indeed, man is in loss}, then one of them greets the other.” Narrated by al-Tabarani
From Abi Madinah Ad-Darimi, he was a friend, he said, “There are two companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, who when they meet will not separate unless one of them reads to the other Surah Al-Asr (Wal Asri is the daughter of the insana lafii khusrin), then one of them greets the other.” (HR At-Tabrani).
The merits and benefits of Surat Al-‘Ashr are as follows:
FirstSurat Al-‘Ashr is included in Al-Mufashshal which was given to Prophet Muhammad SAW as an addition, so that he has priority and privilege compared to his predecessors.
Secondthe person who reads it will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment with a glowing face, laughing and rejoicing until entering heaven.
Abi Abdullah said, “Whoever recites Surat Al-‘Ashr in his sunnah prayer, then Allah will raise him up on the Day of Judgment with a radiant, laughing, and happy face until he enters heaven.” (Tsawabul A’mal: 155)
Third, it was narrated from the Prophet that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever reads this letter, then Allah will record ten good deeds, ending his life in a good state (khusnul khatimah), including among those who do the right thing. And if it is recited over treasure that is buried under the ground, or kept, then God will take care of it until the owner takes it out.” (Tafsirul Burhan, Juz 8: 379)

Wal’ asr
1. For the sake of time,
The man is in lost
Innal insaana bones of khusr
2. truly, man is at a loss,
Except those who believe and do righteous deeds and exhort one another to truth and exhort one another to patience.
There is no laziina aamanu wa ‘amilus saali haati wa ta saw bil haqqi wa ta saw bis sabr
3. except those who believe and do good deeds and advise each other for truth and advise each other for patience.
