According to him, Yerevan is ready for delimitation on the part of the border near Baganis village on the Armenian side. Baganis Ayrim village is located in front of the village from the Azerbaijani side.

In the next part, the village of Voskepar is located on the Armenian side, and in front of it is the village of Ashagi Eskipara on the Azerbaijani side.

In the next part, the village of Kirants is located on the Armenian side, and the village of Kheyrimli is located on the Azerbaijani side.

Next is Berkaber village (from the Armenian side), and in front of it is the village of Gizil Hajili (from the Azerbaijani side).

The prime minister noted that these villages of Azerbaijan are not enclaves, and the villages of Baganis, Voskepar, Kirants, Berkaber “will always remain on the map of Armenia”.

Pashinyan admitted that the residents of Voskepar village were right. They said that with the return of Ashagi Eskipara village to Azerbaijan, the residents of Voskepar will have security problems. After the return of the enclave villages, Armenia intends to build new roads and rebuild pipelines to solve logistics problems.

The Prime Minister emphasized that Baganis Ayrym, Ashaghi Eskipara, Kheyrimli and Gizil Hajili were off the map of Armenia even during the Soviet era, while the villages of Ashaghi Eskipara and Gizil Hajili are currently under the control of Azerbaijan.

According to him, the Armenian side said that the political basis of the delimitation process is the 1991 Alma-Ata declaration. According to Pashinyan, there is currently no agreement between Yerevan and Baku regarding the delimitation maps.

On March 9, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev mentioned the names of the border villages demanded by Baku from Yerevan. Among the eight villages, Baku indicated seven settlements of the Gazakh district and one village belonging to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

On March 18, Pashinyan spoke about the proposals of the Azerbaijani side at a meeting with the residents of Voskepar border village in Tavush province and noted that the Armenian authorities are trying to prevent a new war.

In response to the negotiations, the Armenian side demands the liberation of the territory of 31 villages allegedly occupied by the Azerbaijani army. However, as it is known, during the military operations in 1992, the Azerbaijani army only entered the territory of Artsvashen village of Armenia (Bashkend – Gadabay district of Azerbaijan) and is still holding it.
