The ceasefire regime in Nagorno-Karabakh and the conflict zones of 2020 is not fully observed, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. He said that this was stated, among other things, by Russian peacekeepers, and expressed hope that all incidents would be investigated.

“I have to note with regret that the ceasefire regime, including in Nagorno-Karabakh, is not fully observed. This was also stated by the peacekeepers, and I hope that a proper investigation of these cases will be carried out and the necessary measures will be taken, ”Mr. Pashinyan said in an interview with the Public Television of Armenia (quoted by TASS).

According to the prime minister, most of the 40 Armenian prisoners were captured after November 9, when Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a ceasefire declaration in Nagorno-Karabakh. At the same time, he noted that the paragraph of the statement on the deployment of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh and along the perimeter of the Lachin corridor has been fully implemented. “I would like to say that I highly appreciate the contribution of the Russian Federation and Russian President Vladimir Putin in ending the war,” he said.

Speaking about the possibility of participating in a trilateral summit with the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan on November 9, Mr. Pashinyan said that “at the moment there is no agreement on holding a meeting on November 9”. Note that the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov confirmed the holding of the meeting next week, but did not say anything about the date.
