Mexico City International Airport (AICM) reported that on Sunday night a passenger of Swedish nationality attempted to travel to London carrying 30 kilograms of methamphetamine.
Through its official “X” account, the airport detailed that in respect of his human rights, this passenger was placed at the disposal of the corresponding authorities.
“Last night, a passenger of Swedish nationality tried to travel to London, carrying 30 kg of methamphetamine. In respect of his human rights, this person has made himself available to the relevant authorities.”

Together with the Navy (Semar), the AICM indicated that it reaffirms its commitment “to take action to prevent illegal acts from taking place at our airport, thereby contributing to the safety of our passengers.”
