Sacked a little over a year ago by RC Toulon, the former boss of Stade Rochelais had been without a club since.

CA Brive announced this Thursday the appointment of Patrice Collazo as sports manager of the professional team. He succeeds Irishman Jéremy Davidson, who was laid off in mid-October and released a few days ago.

The former Stade Rochelais manager had been without a club since October 26, 2021 and his dismissal from RC Toulon, where he had served since 2018.

The former international pillar will be “next Monday at the training center to bring its expertise and know-how and contribute in the short and medium term to the presence of CA Brive in the elite of French rugby“, specifies the Corrèze club in its press release.

He will be supported by Arnaud Mela, who continues his mission as head coach, Goderdzi Shvelidze, Jean-Baptiste Péjoine and Philippe Carbonneau. Didier Faugeron also continues his mission and in particular the coordination of recruitment.
