The Commonwealth Secretariat has announced that the Commonwealth Secretary General Patricia Scotland will visit Sri Lanka to attend the 75th National Independence Day celebrations of Sri Lanka.
It is also reported that he will visit Sri Lanka next week.
The President of Sri Lanka Ranil Wickremesinghe has invited the Secretary General to attend the events to be held in Colombo on the 4th of February.
