jpnn.com – PBSI as the parent badminton organization in Indonesia said it would summon Marcus Fernaldi Gideon/Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo a.k.a The Minions.
The call was made following Marcus Gideon’s decision to hang up his racket some time ago.
PBSI has actually received Marcus’ resignation letter.
However, PBSI wants to talk further with Marcus and Kevin.
“Later, I still want to meet them (Marcus and Kevin, ed.), I asked what their condition is like. The letter seems to have arrived, it’s just a matter of what the response will be,” said Head of Development and Achievement Division of PP PBSI Ricky Soebagdja.
Furthermore, Ricky explained that the summons this time was also related to Kevin’s status, who was still a member of the PBSI National Training Center.
However, Ricky said that Kevin never trained with other athletes.
“After all, Kevin and Marcus are players with extraordinary achievements. So, there must also be communication for their continuation,” explained Ricky.
