Peace between the brothers-in-law from Sanz is reaching another stage tonight.
The Rebbe of Sanz, who arrived in Jerusalem today (Sunday) to attend a meeting of the Council of Torah Scholars, later visited his brother-in-law, Rabbi Dov Weiss, Rabbi of Kiryat Sanz, Jerusalem.
As will be recalled, peace began last Adar during the canopy ceremony for the granddaughter of the Rebbe of Sanz in the Kirya in Netanya, where the Rebbe of Sanz honored his brother-in-law, Rabbi Dov Weiss, in arranging a canopy and kiddushin.
The Rebbe entered his brother-in-law’s house tonight.
It was then a dramatic step on the road to peace, after twenty years of separation between the brothers-in-law, the Rebbe of Sanz and his brother-in-law, Rabbi Weiss.
Now, after 20 years without the Rebbe visiting his home in Jerusalem, the Rebbe from Sanz came to visit his brother-in-law in Kiryat Sanz in Jerusalem, where they talked for a long time and drank to life.
