BNP Vice Chairman Shamsuzzaman Dudu requested India to send Awami League President and former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to the country, said, “Having sheltered the fascist, now send him back to the country.” You cannot do anything for democracy by protecting him. Sheikh Hasina is a murderer from head to toe. The people of Bangladesh will not be at peace unless he is brought to justice.

He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the protest meeting to demand justice for the killers of democracy organized by the initiative of Bangladesh Youth Forum in front of the National Press Club on Sunday (September 8).

Shamsuzzaman Dudu said, we know our neighboring countries as friends. But what the defense minister of that country said, I don’t know what his intention is. It is their responsibility to protect the security of their country, the sovereignty of their country. But if it is purposeful – comparing the peaceful country Bangladesh with cannabis, comparing it with Israel, comparing it with Ukraine, it seems that they did not decide. Even from India, the people of Bangladesh have been declared safe and peaceful in many ways.

To the Interim Government, he said, “Order our army immediately – let them be ready.” The police, BDR army and the people of this country will organize and protect the freedom of Bangladesh in the same way as they defeated the invading forces of Pakistan and brought freedom to Bangladesh during the liberation war. Which we saw last month.

Dudu said that after a long time Bangladesh has an opportunity to establish democracy, establish independence, establish human rights and protect minimum human rights. We have to use this opportunity. Our children, our young society have sacrificed their lives in the face of democracy and freedom and staged mass uprisings. We have to protect the situation created by the people’s upheaval and move forward.

He also said that those who played anti-democratic role for the last 17 years, fired on the student crowd, who were martyred in this movement; Leaders involved in Awami League including Hasina should be brought to justice immediately and brought to justice. Those who looted and smuggled thousands of rupees aimed at Bangladesh should be brought under the law and recovered all the money.

Vice Chairman of BNP said, we are looking around, extortion, looting and encroachment are happening in different places. Some people are doing this in the guise of BNP and Chhatra Dal to give bad name to BNP. Our Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman clearly said that such incidents can be seen wherever; Immediately he should be arrested and handed over to the police. He will be judged by law. Our Secretary General has also given the same instructions and declaration.

BNP executive committee member Mainul Islam, acting secretary general of National Congress Iqbal Hasan Swapan, Krishak Dal leader KM Rakibul Islam Ripon, Mir Mominur Rahman Sujan, Amir Hossain Badsha and others spoke at the protest meeting under the chairmanship of Bangladesh Youth Forum President Muhammad Saidur Rahman.
