Washington: It has been a month since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. There are still non-stop gunfire rising from Ukraine. International efforts to end the war have yielded no results.

Russia is still under attack. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Selensky has repeatedly called on NATO to help, but to no avail. Meanwhile, the U.S. has come out with a new commentary on the war. The Pentagon said on Wednesday that Ukraine could win the war against Russia.

“Of course they can win it,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby told a news conference. “The proof is in the results you literally see every day. Of course they can succeed,” he said.
