The 3rd Peace Court of San Salvador received the tax injunction against Jonathan Alejandro, 19 years old, accused of the crime of possession and possession for the purpose of trafficking and against Rosa Andrea, 21 years old, accused of damage, reception, driving dangerous motor vehicles and possession and possession for traffic purposes.
According to the investigation, on April 15, the subjects were traveling on a motorcycle driven by Rosa Andrea, on 29th Calle Poniente and 11th Avenida Norte in San Salvador, where they were located by a patrol of the 911 system of the National Police. Civil, because the motorcycle was reported stolen.
The officers ordered verbal commands, but they did not obey. A chase immediately began, catching them on Avenida Don Bosco and Bulevar Universitario.
They were found with a medium portion of plant material – apparently – marijuana and eight small portions of a crystalline substance that indicates the drug amphetamine, in addition to a digital scale.
The initial hearing for the two defendants will take place on April 19 at 10:00 a.m. at the courthouse.
