Each year, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) publishes a report on the ten most neglected crises in the world. It seems to me that this year, more than any other, it is necessary to report on it.

The NRC report opens with this sentence: “The war in Ukraine has highlighted the huge gap between what is possible when the international community mobilizes around a crisis and the daily reality of the millions of people who suffer away from the spotlight. » The Ukrainian situation is certainly “tragic”, but it is not unique.
