Persuading Young Adults to Get Vaccinated Against HPV: Testing and Vaccination Bus Locations at Train Stations, Free Shots Available

Testing without an appointment, driving around vaccination buses and testing locations at major train stations. This should persuade young adults between the ages of 18 and 27 to get vaccinated against HPV, a virus that causes cancer. This year the shot is free, yet only 20 percent of this group was vaccinated. Jeanne-Marie Hament, program manager of the National Immunization Program at RIVM, tells in the Radio 1 Journal why this percentage is so low.
