“Like our friend Enrique Márquez, a prominent Venezuelan progressive, Carlos Correa, a prominent human rights defender in Venezuela, has been detained. This, and other facts, prevents my personal attendance at the act of possession of Nicolás Maduro,” Gustavo Petro published.
