2 people have been arrested in connection with the petrol bombing incident at the house of an RSS executive in Madurai.
Madurai Metropolitan Police Commissioner Senthilkumar met the media at the commissioner’s office, while speaking, a mysterious gang of two persons hurled a petrol bomb at the car seat of the house of Krishnan, an RSS functionary from Pattanadi area of Madurai, yesterday evening and fled. In connection with this incident, the Keiraitura police registered a case and six special forces were conducting the investigation.
In this situation, two persons, Usen from Sammatipuram area and Samsudeen from Nelpet area, have been arrested in connection with this incident. They are also looking for two persons in connection with this incident. Similarly, on the 22nd, when the National Intelligence Agency officers conducted a raid across the country, during the raid in Koripalayam area of Madurai, a Constable of the Intelligence Division, Durai Murugan, was attacked by a mysterious person.
A youth named Sheikh Alauddin from Mellur has been arrested after the Tallakulam police registered a case and conducted an investigation on the basis of the related video footage. Apart from this, Madurai Metropolitan Police Commissioner Senthilkumar also said that the Theppakulam Police has registered a case against the owner of a famous petrol station in Theppakulam area for providing bottled petrol in retail mode in Madurai city.
