Fuel prices rise for second day in a row Petrol price was hiked by 90 paise per liter and diesel by 84 paise on Wednesday (March 23). The maximum price of petrol in two days is Rs 78 paise. Diesel price has gone up by Rs 69 paise in two days. The new rate came into effect from 6 p.m.
Fuel prices rose for the first time in 137 days yesterday. Petrol price was hiked by 87 paise and diesel by 85 paise.
