A Federal police broke out this Thursday, 30th, the 22nd of Operation Les Fatherlandwhich aims to identify the financiers and inciters of the attacks on the headquarters of the 3 powers on the day January 8, in Brasilia. By decision of the Federal Supreme Court, 25 search and seizure warrants and three preventive arrest warrants were executed in the states of Santa Catarina and Minas Gerais. At this stage, the unavailability of goods, assets and values of those investigated was determined, who are responsible for the crimes of violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup d’état, qualified damage, criminal association, incitement to crime, destruction and deterioration or destruction of property, especially protected. According to the PF, the value of damage caused to public property can reach R$40 million.8
The search and seizure warrants were issued in Uberaba/MG (8); Counselor; Pena/MG (1); Sacramento (MG) (1); Criciúma/SC (2); Mafra/SC (1); Jaraguá do Sul/SC (1); Pomerode/SC (1); Brusque/SC (1); Gaspar/SC (1); Apiúna/ SC (1); Rio do Sul/SC (1); Warehouse/SC (1); Hunter/SC (1); São José/SC (1); Florianópolis/SC (1); Garopaba/SC (1); Blumenau/SC (1). In addition to the three preventive arrest warrants in Uberaba/MG.
