London: Pfizer and AstraZeneca, two of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the field of Kovid vaccine, have reportedly launched a counterfeit campaign against rivals AstraZeneca vaccine. According to a UK – based Channel 4 investigation report, Pfizer paid health experts to spread false propaganda about the AstraZeneca vaccine, but said the allegations were baseless. According to the report, Pfizer has spent millions on false propaganda that people who have been vaccinated with AstraZeneca are more likely to get cancer and are less effective in immunocompromised patients. Similar campaigns were reported in Canada during the early stages of vaccine distribution.
Pfizer and AstraZeneca were the first vaccines approved by the World Health Organization. AstraZeneca vaccine is sold at a relatively low price compared to Pfizer. The company has been widely criticized for charging a high price per country, even for a dollar for the production cost of a DOS Pfizer.
