This breakfast alone amounts to approximately 670 calories. She washes it down with a cup of coffee containing 11 ounces of heavy cream, adding an additional 1,100 calories. Seibert also emphasizes that she takes 32 vitamins to address her nutrient deficiencies.

At 11:30 am, Seibert has her second meal, which includes yogurt topped with kefir, fresh fruit, almonds, and hemp seeds, totaling around 390 calories. An hour later, she consumes a cup of broth with beef tallow and more cheddar cheese, adding 730 calories. Seibert’s final meal of the day is a small snack of berries and cheddar cheese at 1 pm.

Acknowledging the concern regarding her diet, Seibert emphasizes that she is under the supervision of multiple professionals and advises viewers not to consider her diet as medical advice. She claims to have been on this “medical diet” for seven months, during which she has been able to discontinue all medications and feels significantly better.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, a person of Seibert’s age should consume between 2,000 and 2,400 calories in a day, depending on their lifestyle. Seibert’s daily caloric intake exceeds this range, as she consumes just under 3,000 calories between 9:30 am and 1 pm and abstains from eating for the rest of the day.

However, nutrition experts and casual viewers alike have expressed shock and concern over Seibert’s extreme eating habits, especially considering her past struggles with an eating disorder.
