Tiruppur: The amount sent through ‘Phone Pay’ did not reach the proper account. ‘Phone Pay’ and the bank were fined one lakh rupees.

Senthilkumar, 35, hails from Udumalai, Tirupur district. His bank account is with Tirupur State Bank. On January 3, 2017, he sent the money to a friend through a ‘phone pay’ processor. The money was sent to the Bank of Baroda bank account of Ganesan from Tirupur.

He first sent 5,000 rupees. It added to his account. To send the next 9,500 rupees, do not join the bank account. The next day, he sent back Rs 9,500.
