Kyiv: President Volodymyr Selensky has accused Russia of using phosphorus bombs in Ukraine. Selensky alleges that a phosphorus bomb was planted in Ukraine on Thursday morning. Selensky alleged that the dust-like substance spread into the atmosphere and ignited and burned in contact with oxygen.
