The Culture Center invites residents of Kuldīdz and guests of the city to spend an exciting Saturday, participating in attractive, active and educational activities, enjoying musical performances, watching high-jumping demonstrations over Europe’s widest waterfall – the Venta Rumba and the flight of the Dutch giant fish in the City Garden.
11.00 The active tourism season of Kuldīga region will be officially opened in the city garden. After that, the ensemble “Zinges brāhdi” from Bauska and the group “Kad jēzs saiet vimbas” will entertain the audience, and at 14.00 the International Dance Day, which is also celebrated on April 29, will be celebrated with a concert by a children’s dance group. Flippers, beaks, feathers and wings, large and small fish will be able to be explored at the environmental knowledge piers, which were created in cooperation with the Talsi County Museum and the Association of Environmental Guides.
