A photo and identification of a 14-year-old boy who killed his 5-year-old brother and threw them into a river with his parents in Britain has been released today.
Logan Mwangi, a 5 – year – old boy, was killed in a speeding car accident on the Oakmore River in Cern, South Wales, in July last year.
The inquest heard that the boy had been murdered and thrown into a river by his mother, Angharad Williamson, 31, and stepfather, John Cole, 40.

But upon further investigation, it was determined that Craig Mulligan, the 14-year-old son of John Cole, was the main accomplice to the murder. However, his identity has not yet been released due to Mulligan Cole’s age.
He is currently serving his sentence following his confession. Following this, the court lifted the ban on the release of his details due to his age. In the meantime, a photo of Mulligan Cole has been released.

The court sentenced John Cole to 29 years in prison, the boy’s mother Angarad Williamson to 28 years, and Craig Mulligan to at least 15 years in prison, after the trio pleaded guilty.
