On August 19, as part of his world tour, renowned American pianist Mark Demish will perform at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku with the concert program “Mouvement”.
As reported by Day.Az, the concert will feature beloved works by such famous composers as Aaron Copland, George Gershwin, Frederic Chopin, and Claude Debussy.
Mark Demisch gave his first piano concerto at the age of seven. At the age of 19, the young musician went on a world tour. During this period, he also performed as part of a vocal group with the Vienna Boys’ Choir.
The artist’s creative biography includes several world tours and hundreds of concerts. Mark Demish has given piano concerts in African countries, Germany, Australia, China, India, Israel, Egypt, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, New Zealand, Greece, and in more than 70 countries in total.
Mark Demish also trained as a lawyer and worked in this field. He took a break from his creative career for 19 years, but in the summer of 2000 he decided to return to the stage.
