The Municipality of Ioannito continues its actions in parks, this time organizing a picnic in the park of Alsus, on Wednesday July 31, at 6.30 in the afternoon.
The day will be dedicated to the game, with the young and old children who will be in Alsos, having the opportunity to enjoy free play and organized activities from the Art workshop “Zografizzo” and the Ioannina Petanque Club. “Kaissa” of Ioannina, “Playhouse” and “Megas Alexander” Chess Academy will participate with their board games, while the “History through gaming project” initiative, with the current topic of the Olympic games, will be presented by the educator Michalis Mertzianidis in a Video Game environment. Also present will be the residents of the Alsous neighborhood, who embrace the space every day.
At the same time, on the same afternoon, the Municipal Gallery will remain open, so that the visit to its premises can be combined with the activities in the neighboring park of Alsos.
“Prepare (again) your baskets and blankets and come with your little ones to Alsos Park for a summer picnic! Because public spaces belong to all of us”, states the Municipality of Ioannito in its invitation.
