This is foreseen by an ordinance that is about to be signed by the President of the Region Vincenzo De Luca. The population is recommended “to avoid gatherings and public and private employers to resort to the highest possible percentages of agile working methods”.

The closure of promenades, squares, municipal villas and urban parks is arranged throughout the day except for the 7.30-8.30 hours, obviously without prejudice to the possibility of access and outflow to open commercial establishments and private homes. “The competent subjects guarantee the closure of any doors and access passages”, the Region states. Shops located near or within market areas are excluded from the ban on holding fairs and markets, as long as they have independent toilets, limited to the sale of foodstuffs and other activities permitted on the regional territory by the Dpcm of 2 March 2021. .
