Pietro Lombardi and Katja Krasavice said “yes”: to a new recording of the modern-talking hit “You’re My Heart, You’re My Soul”.
Katja Krasavice (25) and Pietro Lombardi (29) say yes to Dieter Bohlen (68) in a priest’s robe: What sounds like a fever dream is a new version of the modern-talking hit “You’re My Heart, You’re my soul”.
Lombardi and Krasavice had indicated their German-language new recording with cryptic photos that their fans had been busy for days: The former “DSDS” winner posted a photo of two hands that put on gold rings, only with a heart emoji. Shortly afterwards, Krasavice shared a picture showing the two under a wedding arch – she in a low-cut glitter dress with a veil, he in a dark blue suit. “This feeling is new to both of us,” she wrote.
The solution to the riddle
On Easter Sunday, Lombardi solved the mystery with a short Instagram clip that shows a snippet of the music video for the single. “It’s finally out. Our song will be released on Thursday, May 5th at 11:59 p.m.,” writes Lombardi. Krasavice and Bohlen also published the video excerpt on their profiles. The music producer appears in the clip in a black priest’s robe with a large necklace complete with a diamond-set “D” pendant.
“You’re My Heart, You’re My Soul” was the first single in 1985 by the music duo Modern Talking, consisting of Dieter Bohlen and Thomas Anders (59). The song stayed at number one in the German charts for several weeks.
