“Pioneering is not understood from the beginning”: Roberta Nikita and hyperpop in Spanish

“You always want to put everything into your debut album. It’s a feeling of, ‘I want this to be the first thing the world will hear about me.’”

“Hyperpop was also a style that I was starting to like, the hardcore sound and in general songs with high BPM. So I said ‘I want to make this music that I enjoy so much’,” he shared. Roberta in an interview with 24 HOURS.

And it is that Roberta has found in hyperpop a genre to express her emotions but without losing the angelic touch. All this together with producers Diego San Marcos y Cardopusher.

On the future of the genre, Roberta Nikita He mentions that it will grow and even more in Spanish, leaving aside the idea that it only exists in English, Japanese and even German.
